Just an addendum to Volume 16, Issue 4 and the article "Blasphemizing"
The Bible. Lighthouse Trails now reports that the American Bible
Socieity has pulled Emerging Church books and materials from their web
bookstore. Please use this link to see that we have taken that section
out of the article in response to this new development: http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/blasphemizingthebible.html
However, the fact that American Bible Society endorses the WCGIP
and has translated the Bible with names of false gods used in place of
YHWH is still the far more serious matter. I will be adding to that
article as I do research into more versions of the Bible that have been
"blaphemized". My hope is that more biblical scholars will address
this issue and stop this travesty before it goes even further.

many opportunities to forgive. Sometimes the situation was so severe that
it took me some time to forgive and start the process of healing for myself,
and eventually for others. I learned that a Christian needs to forgive
other
people even if they have not repented of their sins. That can be really
hard if we let it be hard. But if we give our burdens over to the Lord,
He will carry them and that frees us up to treat other people with love,
compassion, and be in the right frame of mind and heart to set them up
for reconciliation with Jesus Christ. That does not mean we tolerate their
sin. We simply forgive them for what they have done to us, whether perceived
or real, and move on to looking for ways to redeem them. We can then present
to them the “truth in love” even when we have to rebuke them.

I will be writing a report quarterly in that newsletter as I did last time
and a new edition is due out soon. As some of you know the Apologetics
Coordination Team is not the only ministry we are involved with.
The reason I live in the Pacific islands is that we are continuing in the
ministry we have been involved with since 1889 and my extended family since
1962 to Micronesian islanders. We hold two Bible studies a week and
I transport a number of those who lack transportation or are disabled.
We also do counseling and visitation of the sick as well as helping the
islanders from Palau, Yap, Chuuk, Korsrae, Pohnpei, Saipan, Guam and the
Marshall Islands in any way we can. I speak in local churches and
at island conferences when I am invited. This ministry has given
me the opportunity to get information into the hands of pastors and church
leaders in the islands on a wide range of issues, not the least of which
is the invasion of false doctrines and cults into the islands, which is
why I started my web site in the first place. Recently two new cults
moved into Chuuk, namely Victory Chapel (Potters House) and 4th Watch (Pentecostal
Missionary Church Of Christ). We are also seeing the influx of false
teachings regarding "supreme beings" via YWAM and others flood the churches.
I am also happy to report that, not only do we have many church leaders
who attend or have attended our Bible studies, but we have a number of
youth attending as well. In teaching through 1 Corinthians I have
had numerous opportunities to preach the Gospel and at least one young
lady recently made a commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation.

As some of you know the Apologetics Coordination
Team is not the only ministry we are involved with. The reason I
live in the Pacific islands is that we are continuing in the ministry we
have been involved with since 1889 and my extended family since 1962 to
Micronesian islanders. We hold two Bible studies a week and I transport
a number of those who lack transportation or are disabled. We also
do counseling and visitation of the sick as well as helping the islanders
from Palau, Yap, Chuuk, Korsrae, Pohnpei, Saipan, Guam and the Marshall
Islands in any way we can. I speak in local churches and at island
conferences when I am invited. I will be speaking 3 times in April
at a local church here in Oahu and also participating in a second DVD on
the Emerging Church and New Apostolic in Idaho. Our island ministry
has given me the opportunity to get information into the hands of pastors
and church leaders in the islands on a wide range of issues, not the least
of which is the invasion of false doctrines and cults into the islands,
which is why I started my ACT web site in the first place. I am also
happy to report that, not only do we have many church leaders who attend
or have attended our Bible studies, but we have a number of youth attending
as well. I am teaching right now on root issues that affect our worldview
and how the Lord wants to "renew our minds" by changing our sinful ways
of thinking into His true reality.
I need your help right now as finances are very
tight through this transition. We continue to trust the Lord to provide
our needs and we need you to partner with us in this outreach.

to thank those of you who helped me with the needed repair of our van that
we use to pickup islanders for our Bible studies. I am still behind
in finances however having to pay off the $2000. for van repair and now
being faced with having to take a month long trip to the mainland.
I will be there to do a DVD project on the New Apostolic with Jacob Prasch
and others in Idaho, go to my middle daughter's wedding in California,
and lead worship at the first graduating class reunion of Faith Academy
in the Philippines in Oregon, of which I am a graduate. I also will
need to visit some supporters, friends and family. This expense has put
me in a difficult position financially and I would really appreciate your
help at this crucial time. I will have three new DVDs available before

Dear Friends,
I want to preface this newsletter by thanking those of you who have
stuck by this ministry with your prayers and giving. I believe the
Lord wants me to continue this effort full time so I continue to need extra
help. Of course I do bring in some money through sales of my books,
DVDs, CDs, etc. but it is not enough to support the expenses of this ministry.
I have also begun to offer more and more of my messages for free on the
Simply Agape Productions YouTube channel, the Moriel Ministries YouTube
channel and soon on the MorielTV ROKU channel which is soon to debut.
I will let you know when that happens. The expenses of the web sites,
online downloading sites, podcasting, computer hardware and software maintenance,
printing of books, production and editing of videos, etc. as well as our
living expenses keep me focused on the Lord and His miraculous provision
for us through the years. Every time I think we have come to the
end someone is impressed by the Lord to help right at the time we need
is most. I am "always giving thanks to God the Father for everything,
in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. I am sure that you, if you have been
walking with the Lord for very long, have experienced the same thing.
I have remarked in the past that, to the untrained eye, it often looks
like missionaries, for instance, who support other missionaries (like we
do) are simply passing the buck around, so to speak. But like the
loaves and fishes somehow the Lord provides more than we can ask or think.
