Sorry for the long delay in the newsletter but I have been in the midst
of a move.  Now that we are settled in, I want to let you know that we
have a new web site!  Please change your bookmarks for the "Deception In

The new web site will have all the latest articles and updated links.
The old web site will continiue for a time, but it will no longer be
updated and will eventually cease to exist.
