Vinod K. Isaac of Jasmine Computers
Hosts A Pro "Benny Hinn" Web Site
(The site belongs to his sister who is not revealing her name!)
by Sandy Simpson, 3/05

There is a web site on the Internet, and there are others, that attempt to vindicate Benny Hinn's false prophecies, false teachings, necromancy and other unbiblical things he is doing.  Recently the author of this site, the "sister" of Vinod K. Isaac, initiated an email exchange with me.  Vinod, her "brother", owns a computer outfit in Chicago called "Jasmine Computers" and is apparently hosting her web page on his computer site.  Unlike most Christian web sites, including ours that is up front about who we are, his sister has never revealed her name on her site and there is no way to contact her other than an email form.  It wasn't until she wrote me, claiming to be Benny Hinn by signing her emails "BH" and using his name as her email address at bennyhinn2@yahoo.com that I made the connection between her and her web site.

UPDATE:  I have since been told by a fellow discernment ministry that the names of Vinod's wife and sister are Sheila and Sherly.  They all seem to be involved in the pro Benny Hinn web site.

She accused me in her emails of not giving the facts about Benny Hinn, in fact calling me a liar and a deceiver. I cannot reprint her emails here because it is a violation of ethics concerning private emails protected by copyright law.  Those who wish to reprint private emails are duty bound by common copyright laws to ask permission of the author to do so, which we do on our site. In response to her invective and accusations, I sent her a number of links to articles about Benny Hinn as well as answers to her many questions. Her subsequent responses showed that she had not read the articles I sent her or even the answers to her questions I sent.  I then began to attach some full length articles on Benny Hinn to her emails, which had grown to a number of emails per day, hoping she might accidentally see them.  I gave her some of Hinn's false prophecies.  She just kept coming back with rhetoric about how I didn't know what I was talking about.  She indicated she would not read the articles I sent. She finally told me she had decided to put up a page trying to prove I was wrong with my name on it, stating that I was a deceiver.

So at this point I decided that it was time to bring this to public attention.  I do not want to throw any traffic her way because my DITC site has thousands of hits per week.  But I feel I do need to address her ridiculous assertions and mishandling of Scripture in her misguided attempts to defend a proven heretic and false prophet, Benny Hinn.

Following is a refutation of her "facts" about what I have on my site, and about Hinn, point by point.  This is not rocket science, folks.  What "BH2" has on this new web page about me is quoted exactly from her page in Red.  I will use BH2 henceforth, which is an abbreviation of her email address and her signature, to refer to Vinod's sister. My rebuttal is in Blue.  So here goes ...

Sandy Simpson of "Deception in the Church", deceiving many!!

Sandy Simpson of deceptioninthechurch.com is deceiving many and playing with innocent people who do not know the Bible.

It is true that we are dealing with many "Christians" who do not know their Bibles.  It is also abundantly clear, and will become even clearer as we proceed, that BH2 also knows very little about the Bible.  But then if she is listening to Benny Hinn it is no wonder!  Hinn is one of more biblically illiterate star televangelists out there.  We are not deceiving anyone, nor have we ever.  We deal in documented facts on our web site with citations given so people can look up the quotes themselves.  I speak for myself as well as the hundreds of other authors, pastors, missionaries, apologists, professors and Christians who have written materials on my site in stating that we are not trying to deceive anyone, but rather expose them to the truth of the Word of God and expose heretics.  I don't make ANY money from any of the 1100+ articles FREELY available for download and use by individuals and churches.  We do offer some materials such as books and videos, but they are offered as close to cost as we can offer them and still allow us to continue to produce materials that will help the churches.  I don't begrudge Vinod for making money with his business, but I bet he doesn't give away half the stuff I do personally.  He should also know that to produce books, videos and tapes it costs money, which doesn't grow on trees.  No one on my site is enriching themselves by doing apologetics ministries.

Benny Hinn, on the other hand, stays in the most costly hotels wherever he goes, has at least two $80,000. cars, flies his own private charter jet around the world, takes $25,000. spending money per trip from his "ministry" as mad money, spending cash, since all his other expenses are already taken care of.  This was all detailed in the latest Dateline NBC expose of Hinn aired recently.  He takes lavish vacations in-between his "crusades".  He is a multimillionaire living in a 3.5 million dollar home with at least a five car garage.  You can this and more information in the latest Dateline NBC expose' on Hinn, as well as many previous programs exposing his money raising and spending habits.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7090144/
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6679593/

This is not the first program that has detailed Hinn's extravagant spending based on false promises.  Each program that has investigated Hinn from NBC to HBO to some Christian interview programs has learned that he can provide no solid medical proof of healings, and in fact many have died at or after his events.  If you want a window into the wacky world of Benny Hinn, all you have to do is read the transcript from the first Dateline NBC program and then the transcript of Hinn's response to that program both here:

http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/hinndatelineresponse.html

In her site http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/spiritoftruth.html she says: ”I am a little messiah”. “I am a little god.” “I Am”. Are these the statements of a true believer?

Before we go further let me point out that if BH2 had read my site she would know I am not a woman.  I have my picture linked from my site.  This shows the lack of investigative know-how by people who support Benny Hinn (in the lifestyle to which he has become accustomed) no matter if the proof of his heresy and false prophecies are staring them straight in the face.  I have found over many years of experience that there is just no reasoning with followers of the cult of Benny Hinn.  They have been brainwashed and are thoroughly postmodern and subjectivist in their world view.  They have no objective way to deal with objective truth on any level.  Secondly, I did not make those statements.  Benny Hinn did.  But let's try to help those who still have their brains in gear.

Jesus Himself said in John 10:34 Jesus answered them, "Is it not written in your law, 'I said, "You are gods"'?
John 10:35 "If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken),
John 10:36 "do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, 'You are blaspheming,' because I said, 'I am the Son of God'?
David says about those who are children of God in Psa 82:5 They do not know, nor do they understand; They walk about in darkness; All the foundations of the earth are unstable.
Psa 82:6 I said, "You are gods, And all of you are children of the Most High.

I sent BH2 an article detailing this very verse and much more on the subject of men being gods.  Let me give you the link and quote from that article below.  Note the section in bold that deals directly with her assertion.

STUDY ON THE TRINITY

I - There Is One God

A. One God: Explicit Statements
1. OT: Deut. 4:35; 39; 32:39; 2 Sam. 22:32; Isa. 37:20: 43:10; 44:6-8; 45:5; 14;21-22; 46:9
2. NT: John 5:44; Rom. 3:30; 16:27; 1 Cor. 8:4-6; Gal. 3:20; Eph. 4:6; 1 Tim. 1:17; 2:5; James 2:19; Jude 25
B. None like God (in His essence)
1. Explicit statements: Ex. 8:10; 9:14; 15:11; 2 Sam. 7:22; 1 Kgs. 8:23; 1 Chr. 17:20; Psa. 86:8; Isa. 40:18, 25: 44:7; 46:5, 9; Jer. 10:6-7; Micah 7:18
2. Being like God a Satanic lie: Gen. 3:5; Isa. 14:14; John 8:44
3. Fallen man become "like God" only in that he took upon himself to know good and evil, not that he acquired godhood: Gen. 3:22
C. Only one true God: 2 Chr. 15:3; Jer. 10:10; John 17:3; 1 Thess. 1:9; 1 John 5:20-21

D. All other "gods" are therefore false gods (idols), not gods at all: Deut. 32:21; 1 Sam. 12:21; Psa. 96:5; Isa. 37:19; 41:23-24, 29; Jer. 2:11; 5:7; 16:20; 1 Cor. 8:4; 10:19-20

E. Demons, not gods, are the power behind false worship: Deut. 32:16-17; Psa. 106:37; 1 Cor. 10:20; Gal. 4:8

F. How men are meant to be "like God"

1. The image of God indicates that man is to represent God and share His moral character, not that man can be metaphysically like God: Gen. 1:26-27; 5:1; 1 Cor. 11:7; Eph. 4:24; Col. 3:10
2. The goals of being like Christ has the following aspects only:
a. Sharing His moral character: 1 John 3:2; Rom. 8:29
b. Being raised with glorified, immortal bodies like His: phil. 3:21; 1 Cor. 15:49
3. Becoming partakers of the divine nature refers again to moral nature ("having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust"), not metaphysical nature: 2 Pet. 1:4; see also Heb. 12:10; on the meaning of "partakers," see 1 Cor. 10:18, 20; 2 Cor. 1:17; 1 Pet. 5:1
G. Are mighty or exalted men gods?
1. Scripture never says explicitly that men are gods
2. Powerful, mighty men are explicitly said not to be gods: Ezek. 28:2, 9; Isa. 31:3; 2 Thess. 2:4
3. Men and God are opposite, exclusive categories: Num. 23:19; Isa. 31:3; Ezek. 28:2; Hosea 11:9; Matt. 19:26; John 10:33; Acts 12:22; 1 Cor. 14:2
4. Moses was "as God," not really a god: Ex. 4:16; 7:1
5. Ezek. 32:21 speaks of warriors or soldiers as "mighty gods," but in context they are so regarded by their pagan nations, not by God or Israel; cf. Ezek. 28:2, 9
6. The elohim before whom accused stood in Exodus was God Himself, not judges, as many translations incorrectly render: Ex. 22:8-9, 28; compare Deut. 19:17
7 .The use of elohim in Psalm 82, probably in reference to wicked judges, as cited by Jesus in John 10:34-36, does not mean that men really can be gods.
a. It is Asaph, not the Lord, who calls the judges elohim in Psa. 82:1, 6. This is important, even though we agree that Psa. 82 is inspired.
b. Asaph's meaning is not "Although you are gods, you will die like men," but rather "I called you gods, but in fact you will all die like the men that you really are"
c. The Psalmist was no more saying that wicked judges were truly gods than he was saying that they were truly "sons of the Most High" (v. 6b)
d. Thus, Psa. 82:1 calls the judges elohim in irony. They had quite likely taken their role in judgment (cf. point 5 above) to mean they were elohim, or gods, and Asaph's message is that these so-called gods were mere men who would die under the judgment of the true elohim (vss. 1-2, 7-8)
e. Christ's use of this passage in John 10:34-36 does not negate the above interpretation of Psalm 82
f. The words, "The Scripture cannot be broken," means "the Scripture cannot go without having some ultimate fulfillment" (cf. John 7:23; Matt. 5:17). Thus Jesus is saying that what the OT judges were called in irony, He is in reality; He does what they could not do, and is what they could never be (see the Adam-Christ contrasts in Rom. 5:12-21 and 1 Cor. 15:21-22, 45 for a similar use of OT Scripture)
g. The clause, "those against whom the word of God came" (John 10:35) shows that this "word" was a word of judgment against the so-called gods; which shows that they were false gods, not really gods at all
h. Finally, these wicked men were certainly not "godlike" or "divine" by nature, so that in any case the use of elohim to refer to them must be seen as figurative, not literal
8. Even if men were gods (which they are not), this would be irrelevant to Jesus, since He was God as a preexistent spirit before creation: John 1:1
H. Are angels Gods?
1. Scripture never explicitly states that angels are gods
2. Demonic spirits are not gods, 1 Cor. 10:20; Gal.4:8; thus, being "mighty spirits" does not make angels gods
3. Satan is therefore also a false god: 2 Cor. 4:4
4. Psalm 8:5 does not teach that angels are gods
a. Psa. 8:5 is paraphrased in Heb. 2:7, not quoted literally (cf. Psa. 68:18 with Eph. 4:8). In Psa. 8:5, elohim certainly means God, not angels, since Psa. 8:3-8 parallels Gen. 1:1, 8 16, 26-28. Note that the Psalmist is speaking of man's exalted place in creation, whereas Hebrews is speaking of the lower place taken by Christ in becoming a man. Thus, Heb. 2:7 may not mean to equate angels with gods at all.
b. Even if Heb. 2:7 does imply that angels are "gods," in the context of Hebrews 1-2 these angels would be those falsely exalted above Christ: Note Heb. 1:6 (which quotes Psa. 97:7, which definitely speaks of "gods" in the sense of false gods); and cf. Col. 2:16 on the problem of the worship of angels
5. Elsewhere in the Psalms angels, if spoken of as gods (or as "sons of the gods"), are considered false gods: Psa. 29:1; 86:8-10; 89:6-7; 95:3; 96:4-5; 97:7-9 (note that these false gods are called "angels" in the Septuagint); 135:5; 136:2; 138:1; cf. Ex. 15:11; 18:11; Deut. 10:17; 1 Chr. 16:25; 2 Chr. 2:5
6. Even if the angels were gods (which the above shows they are not), that would be irrelevant to Jesus, since He is not an angelic being, but the Son who is worshipped by the angels as their Creator, Lord, and God: Heb. 1:1-13; Heb. 1:3-6
I. Conclusion: If there is only one God, one true God, all other gods being false gods, neither men nor angels being gods, and none even like God by nature - all of which the Bible says repeatedly and explicitly - then we must conclude that there is indeed only one God.
II - This One God Is Known In The OT As "Jehovah/Yahweh" ("The Lord")
A. Texts where Jehovah is said to be elohim or el: Deut. 4:35, 39; Psa. 100:3; etc. Elohim is the plural form of "el" so even in the OT we see a picture of the Triune Godhead.
B. Texts where the compound name "Jehovah God" (Yahweh Elohim) is used: Gen. 2:3; 9:26; 24:3; Ex. 3:15-18; 4:4; 2 Sam. 7:22, 25; etc.
C. Only one Yahweh/Jehovah: Deut. 6:4; Mark 12:29
D. Conclusion: Jehovah is the only God, the only el/elohim
III - God Is A Unique, Incomprehensible Being
A. Only one God, thus unique: See I.A.
B. None are even like God: see I.B
C. God cannot be fully comprehended: 1 Cor. 8:2-3
D. God can only be known insofar as the Son reveals Him: Matt. 11:25-27; John 1:18
E. Analogical language needed to describe God: Ezek. 1:26-28; Rev. 1:13-16
F. God is transcendent, entirely distinct from and different than the universe, as the carpenter is distinct from the bench
1. Separate from the world: Isa. 40:22; Acts 17:24
2. Contrasted with the world: Psa. 102:25-27; 1 John 2:15-17
3. Created the world: Gen. 1:1; Psa. 33:6; 102:25; Isa. 42:5; 44:24; John 1:3; Rom. 11:36; Heb. 1:2; 11:3
Now I must also give you the quotes where Benny Hinn has said that he is a little god.  I also have him on tape leading the audience at one of his "crusades" to chant "I AM, I AM" about themselves.
Christians are little messiahs. Christians are little gods. (Benny Hinn, Praise-a-thon (TBN), recorded November 1990)

We are 'little gods' and even part of God with all the power of God;  and We are 'little messiahs,' everything that Jesus ever was." [Adapted and/or excerpted by permission from the 2/94 The Berean Call (P.O. Box 7019, Bend, OR 97708, and from a 1992 Media Spotlight Special Report (P.O. Box 290, Redmond, WA 98073).]

"When one is born again by faith in Jesus, he is given a new spirit man that wasn't there before--a spirit man that is divine in nature and God-like" (Benny Hinn, Our Position in Christ [sermon tape]).

"Though we are not Almighty God Himself, nevertheless, we are now divine" (Benny Hinn, 12/1/90, TBN)

"Christians are "Little Messiah's and "little gods" on the earth. Thus [Encouraging the audience]...say "I am a God-man....This spirit-man within me is a God-man..." say "I'm born of heaven-a God-man. I'm a God man. I am a sample of Jesus. I'm a super being. Say it! Say it! Who's a super being? "I walk in the realm of the supernatural." Say it!...You want to prosper? Money will be falling on you from left, right and centre. God will begin to prosper you, for money always follows righteousness....Say after me, "everything I ever want is in me already." (Benny Hinn, TBN, 1990)

"I am a 'little messiah' walking the earth" (Benny Hinn, Praise-a-Thon" on TBN, November 6, 1990).

"Are you ready for some real revelation knowledge....you are god" (Benny Hinn, "Our Position In Christ", tape # AO31190-1)

"You are a little god on earth running around". (Benny Hinn, "Praise-a-thon" broadcast on TBN, November, 1990)

"Don't tell me you have Jesus. You ARE everything He was, and everything He is and shall be." (Benny Hinn, TBN)

Now these are the facts.  Hinn has claimed repeatedly that we are little gods, little messiahs.  He has obviously taught his followers like BH2 to argue his claims with the lame attempts above because if I had a dime for every time I have heard these lame arguments from Hinnites I would be a rich man today.  By his own words Hinn proves himself to be a false Christ whom Jesus warned us to avoid.  But we will detail that in a minute.

There is an excellent article by Mike Oppenheimer where he quotes New Age leaders as well as many Word-Faith teachers like Hinn and tells the reader to guess who made the "I am god" type statements.  On the second answer page you get the shocking answers.

http://www.letusreason.org/WF30.htm
http://www.letusreason.org/WF31.htm

You can see that how faulty her arguments are. By saying that "these are not the statements of of a true believer", she declared that Jesus and David were fake.

No, we declare that Benny Hinn is a false teacher, a false prophet, a false Christ.  Jesus Christ is the only Son of God, the only True Almighty God.  David was not a god, he was a man who followed God and repented when he sinned to God the Father.  Benny Hinn has NEVER repented of any of this false teachings or false prophecies.

Sandy Simpson says, “Jesus Christ will appear bodily in upcoming crusades”. Is this how Jesus said He would appear?"

She left out the most important part of this statement.  I did not say this, it was Benny Hinn who "prophesied" this in relation to his crusades.  Of course Jesus Christ will return bodily to rule and judge the earth.  If BH2 had read the very articles I sent her she would know that is one of the core doctrines of the Church that we stand upon.  The problem is that Hinn prophesied that Jesus Christ would return bodily in a number of His crusades.

http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/hinnmaitreya.html
http://www.deceptioninthechurch.com/hinnfalse.html

Here is one quote among many from Benny regarding Jesus Christ showing up bodily in his crusades, which subsequently fell to the ground.  This was a major false prophecy that has never been repented of by Hinn.

Benny Hinn, TBN Praise-a-thon, April 2nd, 2000
http://op.50megs.com/benny-hinn.wav

"The hour is urgent. Many of you have known me for many years. But I am telling you right now, things I haven't said years 'n years 'n years ago. I believe - here this, hear this! I believe, that Jesus, God's Son, is about to appear physically, in meetings and to believers around the world, to wake us up! He appeared after His resurrection and He is about to appear before His second coming! You know a prophetess sent me a word through my wife, right here, and she said 'Tell your husband that Jesus is go'n to physically appear in his meetings.' I am expecting to see, I am telling you that - I feel it's going to happen. I, I, I'm, I'm careful in how I am saying it now, because I know the people in Kenya are listening. I know deep in my soul, something supernatural is going to happen in Nai - in Nairobi Kenya. I feel that. I may very well come back, and you and Jan are coming, to - Paul and Jan are coming to Nairobi with me, but Paul, we may very well come back with footage of Jesus on the platform! You know that the Lord appeared in Romania recently, and there's a video of it? Where the Lord appeared in the back of a church and you see him on video walking down the isle? Yeah! Paul do you remember when I came on TBN years ago and showed you a clip of the Lord appearing in our church in Orlando, on the balcony on the wall? Yeah. You, you remember that? [Paul Crouch] Very well, I saw it! [Benny Hinn] That was '80, 80 something, '86, what - whatever. You know I always wondered why the Lord, why did He do that? Do you know why, now I look back? That was the beginning of the greatest move of God in our church. Because '83, '84, and '85 were horrible years for me, horrible years. Eighty-six the blessings of God began, but they began with a - with this manifestation of the Lord's face on, on the balcony, that stayed for eight weeks. Eight solid weeks! The Lord has done this in the past, but He is about to do it again, now hear this, I am prophesying this! Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is about to appear physically in some churches, and some meetings, and to many of His people, for one reason - to tell you He is about to show up! To Wake Up! Jesus is coming saints! You have held back from the Lord in the past, don't you dare do it now. The day will come you'll stand before Him and give an answer. How dare we not give to God. How dare we hold back."

NO VIDEO. DIDN'T HAPPEN. CAN'T HAPPEN!
And here's why ...

At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect— if that were possible. See, I have told you ahead of time. "So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the desert,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. (Matthew 24:23-27)

Jesus appeared to Disciples in Bodily form. We read in John 20:24 Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, was not with them when Jesus came.
John 20:25 The other disciples therefore said to him, "We have seen the Lord." So he said to them, "Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe."
John 20:26 And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, "Peace to you!"

All the above verses are about the appearance of Jesus Christ after the resurrection while He was still on earth before He ascended into heaven.  Since this is before his ascension, this has nothing to do with what Benny Hinn is claiming, nor is it proof of any claims Hinn has made.  Hinn recently claimed in his crusade in India that Jesus Christ appears nightly in his room.  This is what Hinn is talking about.

Jesus appeared to Paul on the way of Damascus.

This was a special appearance to Paul for the purpose of choosing and authenticating him as the last foundational apostle.  Here is what Paul said about this appearance of Christ:

1 Cor. 15:7-8  Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, and last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born.
Paul was the last person to see Christ in the flesh, and he saw him in heaven, because that is where He is at the right hand of the Father till this day in his glorified body.  To be very specific to the text, Paul saw a blinding light from heaven, heard a voice from heaven, and Jesus said that He had appeared to him to appoint him as a servant to spread the Gospel to the Gentiles.
Acts 26:12-18  "On one of these journeys I was going to Damascus with the authority and commission of the chief priests. About noon, O king, as I was on the road, I saw a light from heaven, brighter than the sun, blazing around me and my companions. We all fell to the ground, and I heard a voice saying to me in Aramaic, ‘Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’ "Then I asked, ‘Who are you, Lord?’ "‘I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,’ the Lord replied. ‘Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen of me and what I will show you. I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
So technically Paul was the last to see the real Jesus, not a vision, in his glorified body in heaven.

Jesus appeared to Stephen when he was stoned.

Remember that Stephen also saw Jesus bodily in heaven, but that was before Paul saw Him bodily for the last time.

Acts 7:55  But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.
Again, notice where Jesus Christ was seen by Stephen then Paul.  Not in a bedroom but where he actually is till today, at the right hand of the Father in heaven.  Jesus Christ is not roaming around the earth.  When He returns He will then be back on earth and only then.  Till then claims of "Christ" being here or there are false according to the Lord Himself.

Jesus appeared to Apostle John who wrote the book of Revelation.

Jesus and angels appeared in a vision to John, not in bodily form as to Stephen and Paul.  Why?  Look at what John says:

Rev. 1:9-19 ¶ I, John, your brother and companion in the suffering and kingdom and patient endurance that are ours in Jesus, was on the island of Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus. On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet, which said: "Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea." I turned around to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw seven golden lampstands, and among the lampstands was someone "like a son of man," dressed in a robe reaching down to his feet and with a golden sash around his chest. His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire. His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. In his right hand he held seven stars, and out of his mouth came a sharp double-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining in all its brilliance. When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades. "Write, therefore, what you have seen, what is now and what will take place later.
John was in the realm of the Spirit and did not see Jesus in the realm of the flesh and soul.  Later he states that this was a vision.
Revelation 9:17  The horses and riders I saw in my vision looked like this: Their breastplates were fiery red, dark blue, and yellow as sulfur. The heads of the horses resembled the heads of lions, and out of their mouths came fire, smoke and sulfur.
The fact that John was having a vision in the spirit is born out by all the future and heavenly events he was seeing which had little to do with ordinary life in the world at that time.

So none of the proofs BH2 gives for Hinn saying Jesus Christ would appear bodily in his crusades are proof at all.  They prove nothing, except the following:

Matthew 24:23-27 At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it.
This is EXACTLY what Benny Hinn did and it was not only a false prophecy, it was a fulfillment of biblical prophecy.  Benny Hinn has called himself a "god" and he has invited people out to see "the Christ" in bodily form.  He has claimed to be an "anointed" man with double, triple, fire and all other kinds of weird unbiblical anointings.  R.W. Shambach on TBN called Hinn "the Anointed one of God".  There is only One Anointed One of God.  That is Jesus Christ.  Hinn is then, by biblical definition, a false prophet and antichrist.

We have no idea that from where did Sandy Simpson get the idea and information that Jesus did not appear or could not appear to people.

The reason BH2 has no idea is that she didn't bother to read the facts or look them up for herself.  This proves that her whole web site is to be regarded as misinformed and without researched factual support. BH2 is not dealing in facts but in Benny Hinn induced fiction.

Sandy Simpson says further, "This video explores the world of Benny Hinn to a depth that few others have gone. Are his miracle and healing claims accurate? Is his teaching biblical?

BH2 obviously read the blurb on our video series called "Spirit Of Truth Or Spirit Of Error - Part 1 - Benny Hinn" and didn't go much further.  First of all, I recommended that BH2 get a copy of our video to watch.  But she obviously does not want to watch it or read the articles.  This is because she is afraid to be confronted with the irrefutable facts.  We detail on our site and in the video EXACTLY what Hinn has said and done, recorded on video and audio by Benny Hinn and his various "ministries".  So there is no escaping the facts here.

Is there a proof in her teaching? I can say there are no evidence or proof from the Bible. She is spreading lies and making false claims. By cheating and deceiving others she is making money.

This is a good laugh.  As stated above, who is making money?  Not me or any of the discernment ministries I know of.  We are barely getting by on what God has provided, and whatever comes in goes right back out to purchase more product.  I happen to know many apologetics speakers and ministries personally and know of their sacrifice to speak in various places around the world, not even asking to be reimbursed.  I'd like to see Benny Hinn EVER do that!  We have our necks out on the line for truth everyday and get blasted and slandered for it by people like BH2.  We provide FREE materials and often give away many of those same materials that cost us money to produce that comes out of our own pockets.  We don't ask for $50. minimum donations like Hinn does and then promise people healings they don't get.  We provide facts for Christians so that they will learn to be Bereans and be kept away from false teachers who will shipwreck their faith.  Most of us don't have big churches or ministries that bring in money to do what we do.  We are spending our own money to provide, by in large, FREE articles and materials to people all over the world.

Second, how can BH2 state that I am lying if she does not look at the facts?  This is typical of those who follow Benny Hinn and every other false heretical teacher on TBN.  They have no facts, but they don't deal in facts.  They deal in accusations without facts based on our disagreement and rebuke of Benny Hinn and others like him and our warning people away from them by name.

"Is his transferable “anointing” from God? Do his teachings and prophesies prove that he is the type of teacher Christ told us to avoid? This video features an informal, impromptu discussion of the teachings and practices of Benny Hinn and others by three apologists who have been studying Hinn for years." It seems to me that Sandy Simpson never read about Transferable "anointing" in the Bible.

Actually I have done an EXHAUSTIVE study on this subject and there is no such thing as a "transferable impartation" taught or demonstrated in the Bible "by" the laying on of hands "by" the will of men.  That is patently against what the Apostles, prophets and Jesus Christ taught and did.  The Holy Spirit is sovereign and not a force that can be thrown around rooms and Who makes people fall to the floor against their wills and act like animals, which is what happens at Hinn crusades and everyday on TBN.

Num 11:25 Then the LORD came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and placed the same upon the seventy elders; and it happened, when the Spirit rested upon them, that they prophesied, although they never did so again.

First of all, this is Old Testament so the Holy Spirit was working in a different way than He does today.  Today every born again believer receives the seal, baptism, indwelling and new self given by the Holy Spirit.  You cannot be born again without the Holy Spirit.  Second, the Holy Spirit was the One who anointed the elders, not Moses.  Third, later on God gave Moses specific instructions NOT to ever transfer an anointing to anyone else because the Anointing is specific to each individual.

Ex. 30:29-33  You shall consecrate them so they will be most holy, and whatever touches them will be holy. "Anoint Aaron and his sons and consecrate them so they may serve me as priests. Say to the Israelites, ‘This is to be my sacred anointing oil for the generations to come. Do not pour it on men’s bodies and do not make any oil with the same formula. It is sacred, and you are to consider it sacred. Whoever makes perfume like it and whoever puts it on anyone other than a priest must be cut off from his people.’"
God is the One Who gives the Anointing (2 Cor. 1:21-22).  There is only one Anointing (1 John 2:20), that is the Anointing of the Anointed One (Ps. 2:2, Acts 4:2), Jesus Christ, King of Kings.  When a person is born again, they are anointed by the Holy Spirit (2 Cor. 1:21-22, Eph. 1:13), foreknown, predestined, called, justified, glorified (Rom. 8:29-30).  No one can or should try to transfer the Holy Spirit to another person as the Anointing is the person of the Holy Spirit (Luke 4:18, Titus 3:5).  This picture of holy anointing oil in the Old Testament is a foreshadowing of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on everyone who believes and is born again.  I bet most Christians today, who have been partially or fully brainwashed by Third Wavers, don't know that the "transferable impartation" made popular by movements like the Toronto "Blessing", Brownsville "Outpouring" and false prophets like Benny Hinn, Kenneth Copeland, Francis Frangipane and thousands of others, is forbidden by Scripture.  This fact alone, among many others, completely demolishes the entire basis for the "slain in the spirit" false anointing.  Read my FREE booklet called "What Should I Say" for more information on the false arguments and teachings of the Latter Rain.

Laying hands:
Num 27:18 And the LORD said to Moses: "Take Joshua the son of Nun with you, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him;
Num 27:19 "set him before Eleazar the priest and before all the congregation, and inaugurate him in their sight.
Deu 34:9 Now Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him; so the children of Israel heeded him, and did as the LORD had commanded Moses.

None of the above examples says anything about a transferable impartation. (1) Joshua already had the Spirit "in" him.  The laying on of hands was to inaugurate Joshua as leader of Israel.  It was, as most of the laying on of hands are in the Bible, an agreement with God and a following of God's will to consecrate or inaugurate a person for service to the Lord. (2) Same thing.  Joshua was already "full of the spirit" of wisdom.  So again no "transfer" took place, nor would it because that is not how the Holy Spirit works.  He indwells people for His own purposes at His own time without the need for human hands.  Sometimes he may fill a person "at" or "through" the laying on of hands for service, but there is NEVER a transfer of an anointing "by" human hands or "by" the will of men.  This was the error of Simon the Sorcerer.  Read about that in my FREE booklet "What Should I Say".

Now it is very clear that Sandy Simpson is doing nothing but making money in the name of Benny Hinn by fooling others. Beware of false teachers who are in the church like Sandy Simpson.

I think it has been made clear here who the false teacher is (Benny Hinn) and who his follower is (BH2).  Benny Hinn is clearly a false teacher by biblical definition, and his follower BH2 is "deceived and deceiving".

I am used to being persecuted for the cause of Christ by evil men and impostors who are going from bad to worse.

2 Tim. 3:12-13  In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted, while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived.
